We are seeking a Sales Representative / Customer Success who acts as more than just a salesperson—you will be a dedicated advisor to our clients. Your mission is to understand the unique challenges of each prospect and guide them toward the best solution.
You will engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from solo entrepreneurs to multi-layered corporations. You won’t just "sell" a product; you will diagnose needs, demonstrate the power of Odoo through personalized demos, and recommend the right Qorelis services to ensure a seamless hand-off to our Business Analysts for implementation. Even after the deal is closed, you remain a key partner, ensuring that as our clients grow, their evolving needs are always met.
Conduct strategic market prospecting within specialized industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
Mix of Inbound and self-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and identify their core challenges.
- Create and deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations that reflect the client's real-world environment.
- Guide customers through Odoo subscriptions and Qorelis services to find the best fit for their needs.
- Manage pre-sales follow-ups to ensure implementation timelines meet the client’s expectations.
- Maintain post-sales relationships to identify new needs, such as version upgrades or additional services.

Maintain comprehensive functional documentation for processes and configurations.
Required Expertise
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP/business software is a significant asset.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B sales experience is a major plus).
- A solid understanding of business processes and the day-to-day reality of SMEs/PMEs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field—or equivalent valuable professional experience.
- Proficiency in French and English.
