We are seeking an ERP Functional Analyst specializing in Odoo to understand our clients' business needs and translate these requirements into effective ERP solutions. You will work directly with end-users to assist them with the integration, customization, and optimization of Odoo to support their strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and expertise in Odoo or other ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document client requirements to align with their business processes.
- Configure and customize Odoo to meet specific client needs, providing best-practice advice.
- Coordinate and implement Odoo projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Train end-users on Odoo modules, offer post-implementation support, and resolve issues.
- Propose functional solutions to optimize business processes and enhance Odoo's value.

Maintain comprehensive functional documentation for processes and configurations.
Required Expertise
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo or other business software is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills, with a natural drive to ask questions and seek answers to understand client needs.
- A basic understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, HR, sales) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
- Proficiency in French and English.
